Google TPM Total Comp kirkland
I have an on-site interview with google for a TPM role in kirkland. I would like to get some advice on the overall compensation. I have 14 years experience. What level and salary should I expect? Is it same as Google Product manager? How easy to change from tpm to product mgr internally?

Depends on a number of factors, mainly your interview performance. Switching ladders is not impossible but difficult. I'd expect you to have stellar perfs in the first couple of years with specific contributions filling in for or supporting a PM.
