Got an L5 offer from Google(Bay area) Though my recruiter hires for Google Cloud, but he has told me that I can request for team options from any product/org(Google maps, search, youtube etc) Any suggestions for team matching process? Vague preferences- - Good WLB - Good mentorship/peer support/time to ramp up - No C/C++ tech stack, good with Java etc - not a deal breaker, but Full Stack work preferred PS - Haven’t received comp stage yet, so no numbers as of now. TC - 330k YOE - 5
