Google pays same salary for Seattle region.
Compensation at year 2, 3, and 4 is vastly different. Google will give you bonuses, raises, and refreshers. Redfin won't be able to keep up. Also the stock is flatlined from IPO.
The price is low now and thats why I consider joining.
In what universe is Redfin equally good as Google?
