Fantastic offer for L5. With 200k base how is this even a question? I don’t understand how you didn’t give them any other comp offers and you got this offer, it’s solid L6 band.

It's a normal offer from Google. If your interview feedback was solid, you might as well get few competing offers. Your stock grants can go up to 1 million or more. With no competing offers, the best your recruiter can do for you is to get this offer which probably is 10+% more than your current comp.
