Google comp structure

Could someone shed some light on the google comp structure? E.g.

Base
Sign on bonus: cash or stock? If stock, how does it vest?
Cash bonus: yearly?
RSU: yearly? Vesting cycle?
Merit/base salary increases: tied to promo or not?
Promotion: what changes? Base + stock + cash?

    cash bonus - yearly. starts at 15% then 20% at L6 25% at L7
    RSU - starts after 1 year then monthly after. No bullshit vesting cycle like some other companies. You get refreshes yearly. every grant takes 4 years to vest fully.
    Promotion: everything goes up, but equity goes up faster (at L6 it makes up about half of total comp)

    vesting of refreshes depends on the size of the refresh. all the rest of the questions are pretty... bad.
