Recently i was made an offer by google seattle for software engineer l5 position. As part of negotiations, recruiter has asked me to quote compensation. I am not sure what number i should quote. Need help in determining data points in terms of base salary/TC/any bonus etc Currently, Amazon(aws) seattle L5 TC 205k, 4 years 3 months experience.

Don't quote anything. They should give the first number. After which you give them a counter.
