Google expected Comp L3 with competing offer

Title says it all. I have one competing offer with MsFT : 170 + 40k bonus first year in Seattle level: L60 What can I expect from Google in Bay? I also have onsites with Apple Rivian and Dassault. I also did really well on AMD onsite and expect an offer. Any tips on how to use this information to get the best possible comp? TC : 130K(Lcol) Y.O.E : 1 + MS
