Google recruiter called me after my onsite interviews the same very day later in the evening and told that feedback of interviews is very positive and she is proceeding with hiring committee. during last few days she has asked me to share a few details about my education, previous experience and internal, external references. is it something positive? What all parameters does hiring committee considers ? #Google tc 0
Very positive. I gave my interview on Wednesday. By Tuesday, I had already spoken to 2 teams When recruiter says - very positive, you are almost done. Good luck
You too, can you share what you had prepared?
450 LC count - 80E, 250M, 120H Other than that, I guess it is very important that while explaining your solutions on whiteboard, you have to assume you are teaching a school kid, assuming the interviewer knows nothing about the solution. This helps you cover all the concepts for the solution and clean code of course
I think it’s incredibly positive that they responded the next day! Plus it’s the holiday season which usually means companies take normally longer during this time. So this is a very good sign! Congrats :) and yes, please share how you prepared!
She's just putting your packet together.
What does it mean? What's the chances of getting through hiring committee
It literally means nothing. She should have done this legwork in advance but maybe got busy. Your chances depend on the strength of your interviews and background.. you can't control this part. Be zen
That's a good sign. Congrats
Sounds like me (started in Nov). You are on a good track!
I think this is pretty good. Good luck! Btw what was your preparation like if you can share :) I have an onsite in a month
