If you go straight to hc after on-site is your chances of passing high? Has anyone went straight to hc recently and got rejected? Edit: tbh why not a poll XD
I know of two cases: 4/5 definite hire feedback, HC first = rejection (me) 3/5 definite hire feedback, team match first = offer (friend) So I believe, team match first has a significant importance.
Ah that makes sense especially if someone already wants the person on their team thanks for the info!
Which entirely depends on how proactive is the recruiter for team match support. When I learned this, I was so pissed at my recruiter 🤬
Remember you still need to pass the SVP stage.
Nobody here has done team matching first then get rejected? That goes completely opposite to everything I'm hearing haha I thought HC first, with team match parallel was a good sign bc they team match first only if they think you're borderline For those who went to HC first, did you team match in parallel? And did you get reject/hire if so?
I got HC approved offer approved but no team matching yet. I am beginning to get nervous now. What happens if no team wants me? Feels totally weird and lI'llke a teaser.
How long has it been? And what locations have you been looking for?
My team match took over a month. Dont worry
Team matching first then HC .. accepted.. it solidifies the packet
in my case it was reversed. HC first offer approved in parallel. Now looking for team match. 15+ yoe btw, not new grad.
How long did it take for the recruiter to get back with the decision after the onsite ?
I had a tight timeline with competing offers so I went straight to HC to get approval so my recruiter could get me an offer.
How long did hc take for you?
4 days. My recruiter told me the day my packet was going to HC and even the time they were meeting. I got approved a few minutes after that.
Got rejected hc first we tried guys
That sucks, try to get team match next time
Sorry about that. Better luck next time/with other interviews! And thanks for coming back and updating this post. It really annoys me when I'm looking at an old post like this one and OP didn't follow up with what actually happened.

Yea yea probably
Based on poll results so far, it looks like you have around a 10/20 ~ 50% chance a priori. Perhaps it could've been closer to 8/8 ~ 100% with team match, but the recruiter didn't find it worth their time. Good luck!
