Does anyone know the success rate - or at least getting to the offer stage - for anyone interviewing with Google?

I wasn't able to find a stat related to this... most of what I find are stats related to # of ppl applying to G annually (millions).

Offer from first application? Dude it’s crazy low just like any other tech company. It costs nothing to apply so everyone does it. You get ppl with absolutely no business applying. I’m willing to bet <5% actually get to a first round phone. Then maybe <10% pass to go on-site. On-site pass is like 35% but probably less. So we have 1/20 * 1/10 * ~1/3 so the odds of getting to offer stage from this rough calc is 1/600. It’s shockingly low but it makes a lot of sense. Pick your own numbers and even if you pick much higher numbers (but reasonable one) you’ll see it’s still really low.

This is NOT unique to Google. Any big tech company will have similar numbers for similar reasons.

Need to be specific rate of application to offer or what, definitely less than 1% in that case since every unqualified person will apply to such big company

Agreed. Not counting the # of applications. More about the applicants that recruiters have replied to (ie they at least passed the smell test)
