Google interview feedback loop timelines?

I had an interview with google network engg team a week ago. 4 out of 5 Interviews were good. 5th was just OK.. I dropped a thankyou email the day after and got a reply back from HR right away. she said we will get back soon. How long should i wait to hear from her before pinging her back? Since i have an offer from another company which might be better than what goog will give (if at all..;)) Since i think only SWE is a king in goog. rest are normal.. What do you guys say..
