Google interview structure

Is there a standard structure for each 45 minute coding interview at Google? i.e are you expected to solve 1 main question or multiple questions or multiple follow ups on a starting problem

It will likely be a medium question (possibly easy), you need to code it fast. Then there will be follow ups for as long as there’s time left. The further you take it, the better you’ll look to the hiring committee. Don’t waste your time on hard ones, get fast at easier ones and take time to practice scaling those problems.

IME it’s a base question that they’ll build up on.

Depends on the person you get. I typically asked a simple quick one to test the waters, then a second question with lots of room for follow ups.
