Hi everyone! 10 hours after my onsite I received an email from my recruiter letting me know that they needed more information to prepare my packet for HC. Not everyone from my cohort (it was a college interview day) received this email, so does that indicate a somewhat positive signal? However, some people received this email + a call stating that they’re going to HC - are those the people who did especially well? What I’m thinking is: no call or email within 24hrs < email within 24hrs < call and email within 24hrs. If I don’t meet the bar, I’ve heard of some people getting recommendations from HC for teams with slightly lower bars (e.g. SETI, EngRes). Should I let my recruiter know that I’d also like to be considered for those roles, too?
SETI is a form of SWE, or do you mean a Test Engineer ? Also feedback speed is based solely on your interviewers submitting feedback.

What information do they need? A second interview? It is definitely a positive signal - if you’re open to other roles there is no harm in letting your recruiter know that
They just asked me to confirm my dates of employment and degree and to send a new resume if it’s changed.
Do you think I should let them know I’d be open to it now, or let them know after I hear back about my result for SWE-SRE?
