I would take it if I were you. Upside after getting promoted to senior at Google is immense along with better opportunities for the next job as it is better resume and compensation for T5 will be much more than L65 at Microsoft which will take long time for you to make. You can get senior in two years at Google by comparison.

From when did TPMs start to get paid equivalent to SWEs?
This isn’t equivalent to swe, the L4 Base would be higher like 150 and the RSUs would also be a bit higher like at least 350

Nope. Get competing offers. Never go for lower base unless the RSUs have huge potential, in case of google its at 20% upside per annum. Not worth it

Google PM interview process contains a Technical Interview. Same question as SWE. So yes, nowadays you can hardly crack the Google PM interview without LeetCoding
