My brother attended Google India interview for an L4 SWE position and got the following votes in each of his rounds:
Round 1 - Hire
Round 2 - Lean no hire
Round 3 - Hire
Round 4 - Hire (Googleyness round)
Yoe is 4 and tc is 40 lpa.
What are their chances?
Edit:
Google asked to do two extra rounds and he got Lean hire in both rounds. Got L3 which he had to decline.
