Kind answers please....I just wanted to experience what the onsite was like....and to be honest I kind of get why folks are so focused on getting into Google...the interview process was so well done and the people were very nice

system design failed might put you in a lower level? idk
I was matched with a team before my onsite quite strange
oh f didn’t read you are going as L6 manager. Good luck? I think system design should be important more than a round of algorithm
They take their own sweet %}}*ing time be prepared for that. I’ve heard firsthand of anywhere between 3-7 weeks to hear back, and if there is team matching subsequently that can take its own sweet time (6 months!! for some sad person I know who nevertheless waited because they craved approval).
Got an email from the recruiter asking to discuss tomorrow as she has got all feedback... hopefully the rejection call to kind of put the process to an end ...
How did it go? What were the interview rounds?
