I had my onsite interviews at google 2 weeks back! Recruiter has got the feedback from 4 interviewers but still waiting for one interviewer to enter feedback. Recruiter said she is trying hard to get feedback from him but the guy has not responded once. And she also confirmed the interviewer isn’t on vacation or sick. What to make out of this situation? How relevant is his feedback considering it’s 2 weeks now already? Has anyone else experienced this before? Is it possible that he can choose to never submit the feedback? What happens in that case? Recruiter said she can submit to HC only after she has all the feedback submitted.
That would suck..there are high chances he might give negative feedback jus coz his manager has been notified...but if that is the case then this shud be presented to HC as well...for Op to have a fair chance

I know of a case where interviewer took 1 week to provide feedback because he had deadline and stuff. 2 weeks is a little too much. Be positive. Did you do well in all your interviews?
Recruiter should email his manager. That's the standard process. 48 hours for feedback.

Generally that doesn't happen. How relevant hos feedback would be? Not sure there is a high chance he doesn't even remember the question he asked or minute things that happened during the interviews. But yes, recruiter can't move ahead with out the missing feedback.

Can recruiter report this guy to the HC? If he’s afk not responding at all despite being at work, that’s totally unfair. I’d have a manager walk over and tell him get your shit together. I hope OP doesn’t have to through another interview again. Not fair. I would deduct salary from anyone not submitting feedback on time. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. I feel angry for OP. I would fire this guy. The frustration is strong. God damn it.
