Google is better im every single aspect, your Tc, refresher, level, companywise, careerwise. But if yoi hva ethe ideal team at microsoft then this is a different story

Worked at both, L63/L5. Google all the way. Way better perks and culture and caliber of coworkers. Comp wise, Google annual refresher will be multiples of Microsoft. I think L62 refresh target is only 11k.

What is the official title at Microsoft? Is it Product Manager or Program Manager?
Google has better yearly stock refreshers. Other stuff is very similar.
