Google phone interview feedback
Had a phone interview for SDM last week Monday. I thought its a reject since recruiter did not get back, but today he drops an email saying he is still waiting on all the feedback to come. What does all the feedback mean? I thought the interviewer adds feedback after the call and suggest a reject or move forward. Anything different in G?
Interviewers don't always do it right away (we only get the angry emails after 48 hours)
Once the interviewer enters he feedback, anyone else gets involved too? Recruiter said ‘all the feedback’, I am assuming he got partial feedback. Who else is going to give the feedback?
There’s a short feedback and a long feedback. Short feedback is usually written on the same day or early next day. If it’s not a no-hire call, then interviewer is supposed to fill a long feedback with all the observations and rubrics. The recruiter is probably waiting for the long feedback.

Looks like that. If it’s a no, it’s usually conveyed very quickly. You might either have a second phone screen or directly get moved to onsite.
