Seeking advice about handling post-onsite google interviews. I recently finished my onsite interview for a finance analyst position at Google. After the interview, the recruiter asked me for an additional interview with the chief of staff for that department, one of the business partners I'd be working with. Had a good conversation with them -- their career background is the same as mine. Followed-up with the recruiter and they said people seem supportive of my candidacy, and that they had good feedback from the business partner. They said they wouldn't have asked for the additional interview if I didn't score well on the onsite. Asked about relocation and salary needs. The recruiter said they'd get back to me in a day or two. I'm older, and have a ton of experience (10+) years, but in a field unrelated to tech. They wanted to make sure I'd be happy there and wouldn't leave. Told them I want the job. It's now been 3 days and I haven't heard back...super anxious. Any advice?
