A Google recruiter reached out to me recently for an informal chat; contrary to popular opinion on the internet, our conversation was rather smooth and friendly, I wasn’t asked to talk about quick/bubble sort or any technical term (I know all that will come later in the interview).
We only talked about my career plans and all the usual conversations around location choices, relocation, visa status etc.
At the end of the meeting, I was sent Google interview prep materials.
My question: for those who have had similar calls from Google recruiters, are those materials enough to prepare for all the interview stages? Are there additional materials/resources you would recommend?
I would really appreciate your comments. Thanks guys.

In other words, leetcode. You need to practice, and then practice some more coding on a Google Docs page with no compiler or code suggestions.
So yes, the materials are accurate in that they cover everything you need, but they won’t give you the practice or teach you what you need.
If you’ll have system design interviews later, you’ll need to study for that as well.
