Google refresher/bonus if top of band salary
What if I come top of the band at L3 will it affect my bonus/refreshers and if so how What if I come at say 130k base and 300k stocks how will that affect me My manager said coming up with a high salary gives you fewer raises which demotivates people
Raises will be limited yes, refresher not at all. This is why its better to ask for more RSU than salary. However, money is money so whatever that manager is saying is stupid.
