What's the theory behind this? Is it v common for them to take so long...My whole interview process started in September and still awaiting offer... It's like I filed my papers for visa and waiting to hear back from Visa office... Can someone share your experiences on total wait time to get an initial offer?
Is it because of delay in team matching?
Get an offer from Facebook. Suddenly Google process becomes soooo... efficient and expedite.
Can I reveal the company name and TC to G recruiter when I get Fb offer? I really want to hear out G's offer first before sharing competing offer
Which level?
I've experienced this too, over 3 weeks from final round interview and I'm still waiting for HC to even review my interview feedback ...
Or just work at Facebook. They pay more anyways and better food
That's true.
With the backup of HC'd candidates, I bet many never match and get timed out. This was happening already last fall.
They’ve taken up to 3 months for folks I know, not even including team match. It’s pretty bad.
4 months seems a bit too long but I do think their hiring process is slow. They lose candidates because of this.
