Google to FB for PM. Upleveling?

If I go from google to FB, is it possible to get upleveled. For example L5 google PM to L6 FB PM or more interestingly L6 google PM go L7 FB PM.

TC ~ 500K

I'd say if you aren't at that level already, getting levelled up to it while coming in externally... that's going to be tough.
