Is 160K a good base? They are giving me a very large Sign on bonus for the first 2 years but that is only for 2 years. After that the only thing I will get monthly is my base and that will imply I am taking a salary cut to almost 50 percent of my current salary #aws #amazonaws #amazonbenefits
