Hi blinders,
Currently I (Experience 2.3 years) am working at Infosys with 4.36 LPA and I got an offer from sirion labs for 8 LPA (LPA - Lakhs per annum, Location: India). Need your advice, is it worth putting down the resign paper or should I keep looking for better company. I just know that SirionLabs is a startup, and nothing mentioned apart from glassdoor. Anyone or Anyone's friend working there? Thanks

1. First and foremost, keep looking for new opportunities. Having started with a low paying job will go against you if you don't have 2-3 offers.
2. Should you resign with just a single offer from company A?
Well, it depends. Personally, the question I like to ask myself is "would I be happy to move to company A if I am not able to secure any other offers?" If the answer is yes, then put down your papers and update your profile to let recruiters know that you're serving the notice. It can be used as a leverage, and having competing offers would help you max out the pay check you can secure.
All the best dude, go get it!
