Retarded interview process... and if they hear your comp is crazy high (from FANG tier) they will make up a rejection reason even if you did well

I interviewed at Grab recently. Found difficultly level of the interview to be below average. Have a verbal offer, with comp numbers that slightly beat my Uber numbers, but not sure if/how the Uber-Grab news will affect things.
I've heard the pay is not great... also they'd give you stock options potentially worth 0. Your call to risk it.
