Base : 170k Rsu: 52k for 4 years Bonus:15% Current TC :245k Yoe:8 in Microsoft. Basically TC is same as Microsoft. Does it make sense to go on same TC to grab and specifically rsus are pre ipo.
52K RSU will bring you more profit. If stock value goes between 10 to 20 dollars then you will end up with 500k to 1M

If you want their RSU specifically, then yes. Otherwise, not really. When you move to a place you will need to rebuild your profile in the company, with the team, colleagues, and managers. It takes a long time to build trust with people.

We haven't had a stock update in over a year, I think it will be worth more soon. I think work environment is better than MS but I'd definitely push to get at least a 10% raise.
