Guys who don’t work out: why?
Recruiters have such a bad rep on this app. I just wanted to say that i had an awesome experience with mine recently. I was hired for a design role. Through out months of visa process, she has always been quick to respond, friendly, engaged and I felt she had my back. No question here. Just a statement. They aren’t all total time wasters.
No one is going to marry the recruiter. Most of the feedback is because of rejections . Only 1 in 100 will go through Google interviews. So the bad feedback is not actual representation of how recruiters actually are.
I referred my close friend to Google and they had an excellent experience. She was rejected, but she felt the recruiter did treat her very well, gave her tips along the way and was overall very responsive. She said after Google recruiter, the second best was Uber.
I think everyone has a bad recruiting story. It's like lawyers in Shawshank. Didn't get the TC? Recruiter fucked you. Should have been leveled higher? Recruiter fucked you. They're also easy to hate because they tend to be good looking.
Speak for yourself. I like good looking peopl like myself
I too enjoyed my recruiter experience at Google, even tho I didn't end up y there
#NotAllRecruiters Bad recruiters are a dime a dozen.
