Someone on another thread said $4.5k for a 2br 2ba was considered cheap in Bellevue. If that's cheap then i guess I'm below the poverty line cause i cant imagine affording that. Wtf are you guys paying in rent or mortgages throughout Seattle and the surrounding areas?
I'll start. 4br 2ba 1900 sq ft. in Bothell. My total mortgage payment is $2,700 / month.
