A) What is the scope of Group PM at Uber? Responsible for P/L?
B) How many PMs does a group PM manage directly? I am not talking about indirects and typically how many years of experience does a group PM have #pm #product at Uber have in building products to guide a team of PMs to deliver results?
I heard that they manage 10 PMs. Seems a bit too high especially if they include TPMs in the mix too.
Would like to know from the Uber community.
