Shopify has grown a lot in the last one year in all areas like business, head count, stock value. Having similar growth in coming years is impossible. What can we expect growth wise?

- They are heavy in Canada.
- Their pay is much less when compared to other tier 1 companies.

Better than other tech companies? No
1. Yes there is potential for stock growth if the market remains irrational. But everyone knows that tech is overvalued.
2. Can’t comment on this to avoid bias. Nothing major to worry about on business and growth end.
3. Hiring count will remain high. Nobody wants to get underpaid so not a whole lot coming our way. So we will be hiring a lot of people from non-tech company and other countries aka remote.
4. Define generic
Left 4 as generic as open ended questions for any folks to comment on culture, things people like & don't like...
As for the growth potential, lots of room to expand still. We’ve just started.
