Google is my dream company, and I just got rejected by them for the third time :(
1st time was around 5 years ago and I was totally unprepared at LC.
2nd time was 2 years ago, I did 450questions on LC and I received multiple offer from tier 1 companies (when I joined Meta) but still failed Google on-site due to their coding round (LC with a twist of concurrency)
Now i failed Google for the 3rd time.... ive also received multiple offer from tier 1 (DD, lyft, carta, linkedin etc). Also due to coding round, all LC hard+ again (I admit my algorithm is not as good as 2 years ago)....
Will try again in 2 years, hopefully it will be lucky next time

Lot of big tech has abstraction of open source tool which means you arenโt able to master what lot of hot and young startups are using as they mostly use open source tool in raw form
