I have a couple of friends who work in operations (management) in NYC and would like to start learning about workflows, systems, and processes utilized by Amazon to prepare for an interview and general fit. Could somebody point me in the right direction? I would love to know what warehouse management systems one should learn or specific workflow strategies. What experience the recruiters are looking for, etc. Open to picking up a book listening to a podcast, etc. I already reached out to a dozen or so of Amazon recruiters last month and neither bothered to get back to me. Go figure.
