Guidewire vs SAP vs JP Morgan New Grad Offers

I basically have three offers to choose from. I'm torn because Guidewire pays really well but the other companies might look better on my resume. All of these companies aren't really doing the most interesting work so I'm not too worried about that. I'd also note that I accepted my Guidewire offer so I'd have to reneg in order to accept SAP or JP. I also want to possibly move into the startup space in the future if that matters. Guidewire Software - 140k TC (includes RSU) - Interned last Summer - San Mateo, CA - Already know the team SAP - 111,500k first year, 109,500k after (they don't offer RSU) - 18 month rotational program (can try out different teams) - Palo Alto, CA - Building is really nice with free food and gym JP Morgan - 2 year program - 85k first year, 80k after (they don't offer RSU) - Training period: 40$ / hour, 56$ / hour overtime (I think this is for first 90 days) - Columbus, OH #guidewire #sap #jpmorgan #jpmorganchase #newgrad #newgradsalary

What’s your background? Could you share a bit. Curious 🤨

Senior studying data science at top 5 school. Had one internship so far. Mainly just side projects like iOS apps, web apps, etc.

😊great~ Is financial or service like SAP the most heavy on data analysis? I was having a hard time justifying a switch from AI/tech to financial.

Based on compensation guidewire looks good. But benefits wise sap is good. They offer free food. Nice espp plans with 40% discount on stocks. Good price for health and benefits plans. Good work culture. See if you can get sap match the offer from guidewire

I tried to negotiate but they told me they give everyone the same package since it’s a rotational program

Surprised SAP is offering that low. I worked for SAP 5 or 6 years ago and IIRC we offered several new grads at $120k or so. SAP can do RSUs but they are not automatic. Benefits were above average. Maybe covid expense cuts are to blame.
