Hi there, I got following offer from Microsoft. Offer seems too low to me. Interview rounds went quite well except(if at all) Managerial round(I guess).
Education - M.Tech from Tier-I
Years of Experience - 6.8 Years
Prior Experience - SDE-2 at product based MNC
Current Compensation - 33 CTC
Company- Microsoft
Title - L61(SDE-2)
Salary - 29 LPA
Performance Bonus - 0 - 20 %
Stock Bonus - 40K USD(Over 4 Year)
Sign-on Bonus - 1 LPA(First year)
Total Comp(Salary + Bonuses + Stocks) ~ 42 LPA (First year)
