I am looking to get some fitness tips from people here. I used to be very slim three years ago and gained like 20 pounds since(Does not show)! Not happy with that and I hate going to the gym. I have like zero motivation and let myself go a bit. I think I can reel in and lose the weight but I get absorbed in work and leave after 7 tired and hungry! How do I turn this slump around? Also the reason I ask here is because everyone here has some perspective of how to manage fitness and a career.

I mean, never been to any such classes myself but that seems to be the thing women do around here. π€·ββοΈ
I actually have a couple dude friends who used to go too. They didnβt meet anyone there but genuinely enjoyed the exercise and classes lol.
Just do a calorie deficit diet. Having less calories than what you require to run your body => the more it'll use the body fat to compensate. eventually you'll reach a saturation point based on your daily routine. After that you can go to gym to get into shape (muscles)
If you're going to gym to burn extra calories, then that can technically work, but you don't burn enough calories at gym, because to workout, you need extra energy, which ends up negating any calories you've lost
Nothing is dangerous.
Calorie deficit regimen is dangerous... DM me if youβre curious... I assure you, you wonβt regret knowing what I know...
