Continuing my research on where to get an apartment in Seattle.
My most concerning aspect is safety- as I will be staying by myself and would need to commute, step out for chores, walk the dog etc
Apartment/ Location features I’d like
- safety (shouldn’t be a hot spot for crime)
- gated community/ access control
- relatively noise-free apartments
- proximity to South Lake Union by car/ public transport
- restaurants, places to hang out etc
- dog friendly

I really like Westlake, Fremont and Ballard. I wouldn't advise living south of mercer tbh. Stay away from all the riff raff.

side note Wave is not the same as Wave G. Wave means you get 100mbps max.
4 is the safest one probably, followed by 3 or 5. people are always walking dogs up & down the street near 4.
