H1 Visa transfers
Asking for a friend. I work at A and got offers from B and C. B and C started the visa transfers. B's visa got approved and I joined B. Now, C's visa got approved (without C knowing I joined B). Can I join C or there are any Visa issues? Thanks in advance.

You can join C, it's better if you talk to C's immigration attorney clearly. I am sure they would be helpful. You can also get some advice from murthy.com or immigration.com Rajiv Khanna
