H1 transfer approval time
How long does it take to get H1 transfer approval when filed under premium processing?I have received my receipt number but in case status section on uscis website it says case number invalid. I got my receipt number on 5th july!

When is the earliest that an h1 transfer can be filed ? My h1b is under processing and I should have either an approval / RFE by 1st of October ???
At least you need approval. No one guarantees you get it by October
My question is let’s say in ideal scenario it is approved on August 1, 2018. Can I initiate the transfer immediately on August 2, 2018? Or do I need to wait until October 1 ,2018 ?
15 days for them to reply with a decision. It can be an rfe. No timeline for “approval” Or they can say they were not able to do it in 15d and reimburse
@ulub72, what are the downsides? I might have to let go an offer I received from amazon so the asking .
Previous company can withdraw the application. Also as you actually were not in h1b status uscis can deny the transfer. Talk to lawyers.
