H1B - Doing only Airbnb Possible?

I recently just accepted a job offer thats fully remote.
My wife and I wanted to do Airbnb in different cities every couple of months.

Is it possible on H1b? We won't have any lease but can we put down a friend's address for uscis as mailing address?

How can we make this possible? Anybody done this?

    Don’t do it. It’s not worth it. H1B petitions are approved for a particular work location. Whenever it changes, you (or your employer on your behalf) need to submit an LCA and potentially file an H1B amendment with USCIS to avoid any issues.
