i have been in consulting for over 15 yrs and progressively H1B process is becoming difficult from all the documentation needed file H1 to the number of RFE’s etc. wondering if the situation is same or worse in post ipo silicon valley tech companies like linkedin, splunk, amazon, yelp, wayfair, slack etc?
Working full time for product based companies makes life easy for H1-B. Approval is straightforward given background & skillset match current job description
