H1B RFE Data Scientist III
Got an RFE for Data Scientist III during H1B extension. I don't know the reason yet for RFE but will update the post once I get to know. Update: Reason was that degree didnot match job responsibilities Jan 8: Got RFE April 1 : responded to rfe April 9: Case got approved
Mostly they will ask you to list the courses that u did in bachelors or masters that are related to the position/role. Fragomen will have a template which you can fill and send it back.
Yes you are right. That’s what the RFE is about. My wife also got the same RFE couple of months ago and she cleared
May I know how you responded . Was it like list of courses and their descriptions on how they are related to data scientist or a opinion letter ?

What was your masters in? Why didn't the degree initially not match job responsibilities?
I pmed him: Bachelors in EE and then MBA. 7yoe!
