H1B RFE Taxes
My h1b was picked in lottery but received rfe. Should I still pay social security and Medicare taxes ? I am currently on F1 OPT if/when my h1b is approved would the start date be October 1 and will I have to pay those taxes anyways?

No your taxes start from the day your h1b got approved..
U pay extra tax from the day you switch. U can still pay now and then get refund when you file taxes next year (but that's without interest)
