H1B Rfe vermont
Hi, I recieved an RFE on speciality occupation and my lawyers replied to it last thursday. the status is still not updated to RFE response recieved on the USCIS website. processing center- vermont Has anyone else faced a similar situation recently?
My status didn’t change after submitting RFE response and one fine day I got the approval notice from the lawyers.

It was Vermont service center and the timeline was last year around October.
It could take 2-3 months to answer an RFE. Hope your company has immigration specific lawyers, specialty occupation is one of the most common reasons for RFE. Website can take time to update even if sent overnight also, fyi
Ya it did take 2 months to reply, but they sent their reply last Thursday and the status still shows RFE received, that’s why I was concerned
I had got specialty occupation RFE at the California service center. It was approved on the 8th day after the RFE response was submitted.
But did the status change online to RFE received?
Yes online status showed RFE response received.
Check myaccount.uscis portal by registering on it

Yes it got approved today

It got updated to RFE received after a week and then 3 days later it showed approved
