H1B Transfer stamping while still employed with old employer

Disclaimer: Before the comments start pouring in, I have already asked my lawyers about it. Waiting on their response. This question is to just know if someone has already done this. If my H1B transfer with my new employer is complete and if I travel to india while still being employed with the old employer, is it advisable to get stamped under the new employer? (FYI, my old stamping is still valid). If I do get stamped, and renter with the new one, can I still work for old employer? I want to get stamped with my new employer so that my stamp validity increases to next 3 years.

How about you form the post correctly so when people choose to spend a few seconds to respond to your question, it makes sense to you

If you have new I-797 you can technically get it stamped based on new dates.

1. No stamping needed in you want to reenter 2. If you go for stamping then your old visa will be voided so No you cannot work for your current employer. 3. If you want to extend consider using dropbox much easier.

If the new visa is denied. Can I revert back to current employer? Or both gets denied?

if new visa is denied , you can still travel with old visa (provided not cancelled and has validity)
