H1B transfer - relating B.Tech Electronics degree to Software development ?
Hi - the immigration attorney at the new firm i accepted a job offer from has asked to provide documentation showing a link between my Bachelors degree in Technology ( Electronics & Electrical ) from India and software development work that I will do at the firm. Any Indians or other h1b holders here who have been succesfully able to do so and don’t mind helping me out ? I can dm you for more degails. Thanks ! TC - 160k
So basically mention the computer courses you have taken during your bachelors with your current job duties..you should be able to find a template online for this..
But isn’t that what the educational evaluation already does ?
Well...most of the documents like manager letter, job duties and all the other documents are very similar but we submit them anyway..there is no logic at the USCIS end..you just have to submit all the stupid documentation unfortunately..
