What will happen in this case? Currently I have got RFE for my h1 transfer in premium. If I respond after sep 11 will I be eligible for premium H1 Transfer or it will be considered as regular.
Even I want to know this.
+1 -- my attorney said USCIS should honor the 15 day PP thing. However, their website says, we will refund PP fee if were not able to come to a conclusion.
Jesus this question gets asked like twice a day on Blind.
What is the answer?
If your role/level is same as your previous H1B only then you extension can be done premium. If you have got a role change or promotion its amendment + extension. So that wont be done in premium processing
FYI- premium processing for transfers n extensions has been resumed
Has it been approved for everyone? From the ucsis site my understanding is that the premium processing is only for the petitions applied before Dec 21st
The applications submitted before Dec 21 are eligible for a premium upgrade.
Transfer/amendment yes. Not sure about extension though.
