Seen some posts on blind where PMs are getting RFEs or Rejects for transfers and extensions.

Is it hard to prove that PM is a high skill occupation given the recent scrutiny?

Is it hard to get a transfer approved when switching companies from Developer to PM. Background is BS and MS in CS. No MBA.

PM is a high skill occupation. Don't go on anecdotal evidence

Definitely agree PM is a high skill occupation. Considering the switch myself, but was concerned given all the posts I was seeing related to RFEs and rejections.

I did it myself and PM is a high skill occupation, the H1b will have no probs. I would focus on making sure that PM is what you really want to be as it’s very high stress, low work life balance and too much document writing. I am thinking of going back.
