H1B transfer RFE timeliness (premium)
anyone know how long it will take RFE letter to reach attorney office and usual time for attorneys to respond. thanks in advance tc220 BAL group
Uscos updated status that i got rfe on nov22... and my lawyer is saying they just received rfe
You mean they got the RFE details or they just updated they got RFE? BAL group attorney?
For PP they get emails ( if they opted in which most attorneys do ) .... mail comes 1-2 weeks ( considering holidays )
Thanks and attorneys will respond in few weeks or they will take more time?
They get ~87 days and most utilize the full time frame
